Legacy Bookkeeping Service - How it works

We use Quickbooks Online for all our bookkeeping services & a subscription is required for us to do our job and have real-time access to your books

If you don't have a QBO subscription, it can be included in your bookkeeping service and we will set that up for you. If you do have a subscription you only need to add us as an accountant user to get started. 

Bookeeping doesn't have to be a stressful part of your business. We try to make the process as easy and convenient as can be in these easy steps.

Step 1: We connect to your Quickbooks Account or We'll set you up with a Quickbooks Online Subscription if you don't have one.

Step 2: You provide us with all of your finacial statements and or accountant login credentials (you can request one with your financial institution)

Step 3: We enter in all your data and We ask calirifying questions from time to time regarding certain transactions.

Step 5: We balance your books

Step 6: We provide you with finacial reports regarding your business at the end of every month or quarter
